Engineering depth. Strategic altitude.
TPM. Consultant. AI Visibility builder.
I sit at the gap between the people who build
and the people who decide, same person.
Work that shipped.
- Helped a personal care brand become the answer, not just a result, building entity authority and RAG-ready content architecture from scratch.
- Designed unified SEO and GEO strategies that work across traditional search and AI answer engines simultaneously, one system, not two separate campaigns.
- Built LLM citation frameworks and topical cluster maps that compound brand authority over time rather than chasing one-off rankings.
- Turned scattered GenAI hype into an actionable modernisation framework for core banking, running stakeholder workshops that actually moved decisions forward.
- Built a 7R modernisation playbook grounded in global benchmarks and human-in-the-loop governance, designed to survive regulatory scrutiny, not just impress in a deck.
- Co-owned the product roadmap for EMI & Health EMI Cards, taking acquisition from near-zero to a channel that actually moved the needle, fast.
- Held delivery accountability across a dozen cross-functional teams. Kept business-critical systems running without incident while shipping continuously.
- Re-architected the superapp's search and navigation from scratch, the kind of invisible work users never notice because it just works.
- Designed operational workflows for loan agreements, FD servicing, and drawdown automation, compliant, frictionless, built to outlast the team that built them.
- Shipped in days what the organisation had quoted months for. Selected for BFL 30u30, one of the youngest in the group to make the list.
- Financial assessments for MSMEs across hospitality and manufacturing, auditing, ratio analysis, business viability evaluations.
Growth is a system,
not a campaign.
Most people treat growth as a one-time push. I build engines: AI-visible content, acquisition loops, and product flywheels that compound over time.
AI Visibility Consulting
Search has fundamentally changed. ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI Overviews now answer questions directly, bypassing SERPs entirely. I help brands get cited, recommended, and retrieved by LLMs. This is the new SEO.
Product-Led Growth
Scaled a consumer lending SuperApp from near-zero to hyper-scale. I design acquisition funnels, onboarding loops, and engagement systems where the product itself drives growth.
GenAI Content Systems
Content pipelines that use GenAI to build topical authority at scale without sacrificing brand voice or E-E-A-T. Programmatic SEO meets editorial quality.
Strategy & Analytics
Data-backed growth frameworks for fintech and consumer products. North-star metrics, experimentation culture, and dashboards that actually change decisions.
What I've moved.
Three problems.
Three solutions.
Not summaries. The actual thinking behind the work.
How I made a personal care brand the answer, not just a result
The brand had decent SEO rankings but was completely invisible in AI-generated answers, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews weren't citing them at all. As search behaviour shifted toward LLMs, their organic traffic was quietly bleeding out.
Audited their entire content architecture through the lens of LLM retrieval, not traditional search. Built entity authority from scratch: structured their brand as an unambiguous knowledge graph node, rewrote key pages to be RAG-retrievable, and designed a topical cluster map that made them the definitive source in their category. Unified their SEO and GEO strategies into one compounding system.
Top LLM citations across major AI answer engines in their product category. Brand began appearing in ChatGPT and Perplexity responses without paid promotion, pure authority.
Taking EMI card acquisition from near-zero to a real growth channel
EMI Card and Health EMI Card acquisition was underperforming badly, a high-potential product with a broken discovery and onboarding journey. The funnel was leaking at every stage and no single team owned the end-to-end problem.
Took ownership of the full product roadmap, from acquisition triggers to activation. Mapped every drop-off point in the user journey, re-architected the superapp's search and navigation so the product was actually discoverable, and coordinated delivery across a dozen cross-functional teams simultaneously. Wrote the specs, ran the standups, held the accountability.
Acquisition scaled from near-zero to a channel that moved the needle at India's largest NBFC. Shipped a complex regulatory feature in days that the org had quoted months for. Recognised in BFL 30u30, one of the youngest in the group.
Building a GenAI modernisation framework that could actually survive a regulator
A major bank wanted to modernise core banking with GenAI but had no framework for doing it safely. Every vendor pitch looked good in a deck, none of them addressed regulatory risk, legacy system entanglement, or what happens when a model makes a wrong call on a credit decision.
Ran structured stakeholder workshops to surface the real constraints, not just the stated ones. Built a 7R modernisation playbook (Rehost, Replatform, Refactor, Rearchitect, Replace, Retire, Retain) grounded in global benchmarks. Embedded human-in-the-loop governance at every decision point where regulatory exposure was real. Designed the framework to be auditable, not just presentable.
A GenAI modernisation roadmap that stakeholders could actually commit to, not because it was optimistic, but because it was honest about risk. Framework built to outlast the project team that built it.
Engineering depth.
Strategic altitude.
Same person.
Started as an electrical engineer who kept getting pulled into product decisions. So I stopped fighting it.
At Bajaj Finance, I co-owned the roadmap for one of India's largest fintech superapps, writing specs in the morning, running cross-functional standups in the afternoon. Not glamorous. Extremely effective.
Then Accenture, where I built GenAI modernisation frameworks for core banking that actually had to survive regulatory scrutiny, not just look good in a deck. Currently finishing my MBA at MDI Gurgaon and consulting on AI Visibility.
I fill the gap between the people who build and the people who decide. Most projects fall apart in that gap.
